حكومة جنوب اليمن الثورية (سابقا) والحركة الثورية كانت محل للتامل وتقدير لكل الضطهدين والمستضعفين المناضلين في أنحاء العالم لعقود. القوى الاشتراكية في جنوب اليمن سابقا كانت المنارة في الشرق الأوسط إعاقة القوى الرأسمالية العالمية من السيطرة الشاملة على المنطقة. جنوب اليمن كانت قاعدة الحركات الثورية من عمان إلى البحرين
. In a similar spirit the Eelam Tamil people have waged a movement for national sovereignty, self-determination and freedom from occupation for decades. Both our peoples’ struggles were subjected to sophisticated violence and injustice from a range of world and regional powers, coming together under an unholy alliance to silence, crush and desecrate sovereign and progressive people struggles.
بنفس الروح النضالية ان حركة شعب التامييل تسعى للحريات و حق تقرير المصير من استعمار دام عقود طويلة. ان شعب جنوب اليمن وشعب التامييل يتعرض للعنف والاضطهاد والظلم و التهميش بمساندة القوى العالمية. القوى التي تتآمر و تتحد بشكل شرير لإخراس وسحق الشعوب المتقدمة ونضالها
. Once more has the spirit of revolution and resistance arisen in the lands of southern Yemen, at a time when proxy wars are ravaging the land. At this time it is paramount for oppressed people to unite under a common banner of revolution, struggle, and freedom. We the Eelam Tamil people extend our solidarity and revolutionary salute to the South Yemeni movement for secession, the al-Hirak. Once more will South Yemen be a leading light in a region ravaged by imperialism, religious fundamentalism and sectarianism. We the Eelam people fully endorse the freedom and independence of the South Yemeni    people.   
مجددا الآن وفي خضم علو المرحلة الثورية والنضالية المقاومة في المناطق الجنوبية وقبل اكتمال الثورة في الجنوب للوصول إلى تحقيق طموح الشعب. في هذه الفترة بالذات تتدخل القوى الخارجية لخطف تلك الانجازات وخلق حرب القوى العظمى المصغرة في تلك بالذات. لتجنيب تحقق ذلك الطموح. في هذا المرحلة الرئسية في النضال يجب اتحاد الشعب المضطهد تحت راية واحدة وهي ثورة نضال وحرية. نحن شعب التامييل نمد لكم يد التضامن والتحية الثورية الى حركة جنوب اليمن للتحرير والانفصال (الحراك). وللمرة الثانية جنوب اليمن تقود وتحمل المشعل المضيئة في المنطقة المسيطر عليها من قبل الامبريالية العالمية والحركات المتطرفة والطائفية. نحن شعب التامييل تأييد شعب الجنوب بشكل تام في سعيه للحرية والاستقلال لشعب جنوب اليمن
