تعلن وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات - عدن لجميع المنظمات والجهات التجارية وغيرهم ممن استورد أو قام بشراء واستخدام أجهزة الاتصالات بمختلف أنواعها دون الموافقة والعودة لوزارة الاتصالات والجهات المختصة، بأن تلك المعدات والأجهزة تعد مخالفة قانونية يعاقب عليها القانون.
وعلى الجميع ممن يشملهم هذا الإعلان أن يتقدموا خلال شهر من تاريخه إلى وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات - عدن (إدارة الترددات) لتسوية الوضع القانوني وطلب التراخيص اللازمة.
وتؤكد الوزارة بأن أي تأخير عن الموعد المحدد بهذا الإعلان سوف يعرض الطرف المخالف للعقوبات القانونية ومصادرة أي معدات أو أجهزة تم الحصول عليها بالمخالفة للقانون.

Important announcement for organizations, commercial entities and others
The Ministry of Communications and Information Tech- nology - Aden, announces to all organizations and com- mercial entities and others who have imported, bought or installed communications equipment of various kinds without approval of the Ministry of Communications and the competent authorities, that these equipment and de- vices are a legal violation punishable by law.
Everyone who is included in this announcement must, within a month of its date of publication, submit to the Min- istry of Communications and Information Technology (Fre- quency Management) to settle the legal status and request the necessary licenses. The Ministry affirms that any delay beyond the date spec- ified in this announcement will expose the violating party to legal sanctions and confiscation of any equip- ment or devices obtained in violation of the law.
